Evolving scenario in Kerala show that people are expressing keen interest in learning Quran and making avenues for the same. Heavens Preschool came into existence as a timely answer to the demands of parents who were seeking the means for teaching their children the Quran in there early childhood days itself.
Heavens Preschool is an initiative managed by Integrated Education Council India (IECI), for the children between the age group of 3-6.
It adopts a curriculum and syllabus that is child centered. The child will get the following competencies by the completion of 3 year course:
a. Completes reciting the entire Holy Quran at least once.
b. Learns the art of recitation of the Holy Quran and will be able to recite it from any part.
c. Learn the last Juz’ of the Holy Quran by heart.
d. Develops appropriate skills in English, Malayalam and Arabic languages along with Mathematics and Environmental Science so that the child will be made school ready.
e. Acquires co-scholastic skills.
f. Learns the supplications in the obligatory prayers (Salah) and the supplications which form the part of daily life.
Heavens preschool has already got wide acceptance in and outside Kerala. The number of franchisees are nearing one hundred within a short span of three years time.
